At Edensign (“we”, “our”, or “us”), your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with our platform, which provides AI-powered virtual staging and decluttering services for real estate professionals.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics tools), but only under strict confidentiality agreements and only as necessary to provide our services.
We may also disclose your data if required by law or in response to legal requests.
4. Facebook and Instagram Data
You can connect a Facebook Page through Facebook Login for Business, or an Instagram professional account through Instagram Login, so that Edensign can publish the listing posts you create. You choose which Pages and accounts to grant, and you can disconnect them at any time.
When you connect an account, we receive and store:
- For Facebook: the ID, name and profile picture of each Page you grant, and a Page access token.
- For Instagram: the account ID, username, name and profile picture of your professional account, and an access token.
- For every post you publish through Edensign: the post’s ID and link, the caption and the photos you chose.
We use this information only to show which accounts you have connected and to publish the posts you ask us to publish, with the photos and caption you approved. We do not read your other posts, comments, messages, followers or insights, we never post anything you did not ask for, and we do not sell this data or share it with anyone else.
Access tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shown to anyone, including you. They are kept only while the account is connected: disconnecting it in Social Posts deletes the token immediately. You can also remove Edensign from your Facebook settings (Business Integrations) or your Instagram settings (Apps and websites), which stops our access, and you can ask us to delete all of this data as described on our data deletion page. Our use of this data follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
