Edensign is an independent third-party service, not affiliated with BHH Affiliates, LLC or any BHHS franchise. BHHS agents use it the same way they use any independent marketing tool — at their own discretion. If you have specific brand or compliance questions, check with your office broker or manager.

Edensign exports standard JPG/PNG files that work with any marketing tool, including Resource Center–generated flyers, presentations, and digital ads. There is no direct API integration — workflow is download → upload, the same as any other listing photo.

Yes. Edensign output is standard listing photography — usable in any BHHS-branded flyer, presentation, website, or campaign. As always, follow your MLS's disclosure rules for virtually staged images.
