Edensign is an independent third-party service, not affiliated with Compass, Inc. Compass agents use it the same way they use any independent marketing tool — at their own discretion. If you have specific brand or compliance questions, check with your Compass team lead or office manager.

Concierge is a financing program — it fronts the cost of traditional staging, paid back at close from seller proceeds. Edensign is a direct cost replacement — at $0.77/photo, AI staging replaces $5,000–$15,000+ of traditional staging without needing to pull Concierge at all. For listings where Concierge is already being used for other prep (paint, repairs, photography), Edensign can free up Concierge budget for higher-impact items.

Yes. Edensign exports standard JPG/PNG files at editorial resolutions that work in Compass Collections, Stories, Insights, MLS uploads, and any external campaign. No reformatting needed.

Yes. Edensign output is compatible with every major US MLS, including REBNY (NYC), CRMLS (LA), TheMLS, and Bright MLS (DC/MD/VA). Follow your MLS's disclosure rules for virtually staged images — typically a "Virtually Staged" label.
