Edensign Becomes a Default Solution for Bright MLS Subscribers

Edensign today announced a partnership with Bright MLS, the largest multiple listing service in the United States, serving more than 100,000 real estate professionals across six Mid-Atlantic states and Washington, D.C. Under the agreement, Edensign becomes a default product solution available to Bright MLS subscribers.

Listing preparation at MLS scale

Bright subscribers can stage listing photos in about 15 seconds, keep staging consistent across multiple angles of the same room, declutter occupied homes, convert exteriors to dusk, and run AI Listing Intelligence to receive room-by-room condition reports, comparable sales and a suggested price range from a folder of raw photos.

Because Edensign's model is trained to leave walls, windows, floors and other architectural elements untouched, staged images stay accurate representations of the property, an increasingly important requirement as MLSs tighten rules on AI-altered listing photos.

Infrastructure, not a point solution

Beyond the subscriber-facing product, the partnership includes access to Edensign's proprietary spatial model, trained in-house on a real-estate-specific dataset. It reflects a broader shift: MLSs moving from offering one-off tools to providing shared infrastructure their members can build on.
