The National Association of REALTORS® selected Edensign as one of the 12 most innovative startups at NAR NXT 2025, held November 14–16 in Houston, Texas. The Startup Pavilion showcases the companies NAR considers the most promising new products and solutions in the industry, chosen from applicants across proptech.
Recognized for spatial intelligence
The selection recognized Edensign's AI-powered spatial design engine, which turns a listing photo into a staged, MLS-ready image in about 15 seconds while keeping the home's architecture untouched, and its multi-view staging technology, the first in real estate to deliver consistent staging across multiple angles of the same room.
On the Expo Hall stage, founder and CEO George Zheng presented Edensign's thesis to REALTORS® from across the country: a property is one connected spatial environment, and AI should understand it that way.
A year of momentum
The NAR recognition capped Edensign's first year since being selected for Harvard Innovation Labs' Launch Lab X program. It has since been followed by partnerships with the largest MLS and the largest state REALTOR® association in the United States, and coverage in Inman, The Real Deal and other leading industry publications.
