What every platform page shares
The differences across the five pages are image specs, display slots, and FAQ. The product itself is identical.
Each platform renders into different surfaces. Zillow shows one square hero per listing in the feed. Realtor.com shows up to 75 photos in a carousel. Redfin's Hot Home algorithm rewards engagement signals. Trulia surrounds your photos with neighborhood context. Compass.com runs a magazine-spread detail page with Coming Soon teasers and Collections shares. Homes.com leads with the community profile before the carousel even loads. Apartments.com runs a tier-gated rental photo bar with separate amenity tabs. Showcase wraps everything in a media-rich premium layout. The photos are the same files — but staging with the surface in mind lifts CTR meaningfully on each one.
Yes for the for-sale platforms. Every major US MLS accepts virtually staged photos as long as you (a) include the disclosure label ('Virtually Staged' in the caption or remarks) and (b) preserve structural elements. Once published to MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Trulia, and Homes.com all ingest the photos directly. Apartments.com isn't MLS-driven — property managers upload directly via the CoStar dashboard, with the same 'Virtually Staged' caption convention. Showcase has its own submission flow but the same MLS-side rules.
It depends on the listing type. For for-sale homes, you publish to your MLS — Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Trulia, and Homes.com ingest from there. The strategic choice is where to spend your paid attention: Zillow Premier Agent vs. Realtor.com Pro vs. Redfin Premier vs. Homes.com Pro. For rentals, you upload directly to your Apartments.com CoStar dashboard, which then syndicates across the CoStar rental network (ForRent.com, ApartmentFinder, ApartmentHomeLiving, Doorsteps, Westside Rentals).
No — and that's intentional. Edensign produces standard JPG/PNG files at full resolution. Those files drop into your MLS upload, your photographer's deliverable, your CRM, or any of the platforms' direct upload tools. No plugin, no API integration, no platform-specific lock-in.
Yes, implicitly. Showcase positions listings prominently with an immersive 16:9 hero, interactive floor plan, and virtual tour. The photo bar is higher than standard Zillow — vacant rooms, mixed lighting, or inconsistent style undercut the Showcase badge. Edensign's editorial style library and multi-view consistency are built for exactly this register.
Yes. Edensign output is platform-agnostic JPG/PNG — the same file works on Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Trulia, Compass, Homes.com, Apartments.com, and Showcase. Per-photo pricing covers each render once; you can publish that staged photo to as many platforms as you operate on, for-sale or rental.
Edensign output is standard JPG/PNG at full resolution — it works on every MLS, IDX site, brokerage portal, and listing platform we've encountered. The pages above are tailored to the surfaces with the most search intent, but the underlying product is identical for any platform with a photo upload step.
Brokerage pages are about the workflow and economics inside your brokerage (KW Command, Compass Collections, Moxi). Platform pages are about the consumer-facing surface where buyers see your photos. Most agents need both — the brokerage page covers how you produce listings, the platform page covers where they land.
