Standard Zillow accepts any in-spec MLS photo. Showcase requires a richer, more cinematic set — and the algorithm visibly rewards listings whose entire set is editorial-quality. Vacant rooms, mismatched styling, and uneven lighting break the Showcase aesthetic.
Zillow positions Showcase listings prominently in search results, with a distinct Showcase badge and an immersive detail page. The CTR lift over standard listings is meaningful — but only if the photo set delivers on the badge’s promise.
Showcase requires an interactive floor plan and a virtual tour as a baseline. Edensign-staged photos are the still-frame layer — what buyers see in the hero, the gallery, and on hover-over moments inside the tour. The tour is the tour; the photos still carry the click.

Showcase listings typically use a Showcase-certified photographer. Their delivery is the input — RAW or processed JPEG, 4K+ resolution.
